Full Time Position

Experience: Minimum 2 years in administration or Account work

Education: College Graduate

Language Requirement: English, Mandarin, Malay

 

Job Scope

• Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in other secretarial position

• Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Office

• Exemplary planning and time management skills

• Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications

• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

• High Level verbal and written communications skills 

Discretion and confidentiality 

• SQL IS ADVANTAGES

• Five (5) working days

Salary: RM 2.5K - 3K a month

Location of Job: Section 13, Petaling Jaya
